CRUNCHY APPLE DESSERT

INGREDIENTS:

4 Tablespoons Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
2 Apples (peeled, cored and diced)
1/2 Cup Pecans (chopped fine)
2 Teaspoons Vanilla


DIRECTIONS:

Preheat DOUBLE OVEN to 325 degrees.
In a large bowl combine the flour,
baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Add eggs and sugar. Mix well.
Add apples, pecans and vanilla. Mix well.
Spray non-stick or grease the 8x8x2 baking pan.
Pour mixture into baking pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Enjoy.
