CINNAMON STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup corn oil
3/4 cup sugar

STREUSEL MIXTURE:

1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tablespoons melted butter


DIRECTIONS:

Preheat SINGLE OVEN to 375 degrees. Spray non-stick 8x8x2 baking pan.
In mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk, egg, oil, and sugar. In separate bowl combine streusel
mixture. Pour half batter in baking pan top with streusel mixture.
Add rest of batter on top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
