4 Large Chicken Breasts
1/2 Cup Flour
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Egg (Stir with Fork)
2 Tablespoons Water
1/2 Cup Club Crackers (Crushed Fine)
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Teaspoon Basil Leaves
2 Tablespoons Oil
1 (15 oz) can Tomato Sauce
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano Leaves
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Spaghetti (cooked)
Preheat SINGLE OVEN to 350 degrees.
You will need three bowls.
First bowl mix together flour, salt & pepper.
Second bowl mix together egg & water.
Third bowl mix together crackers, parmesan, & basil.
Dip chicken in each bowl in that order.
Put cooking oil in the 8x8x2 baking pan, coating evenly.
Bake for only 20 minutes, then turn chicken over in pan.
Combine tomato sauce, sugar, garlic, & oregano.
Pour over the chicken and top with Parmesan.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes more.
Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles.
